Following is an overview of what you should expect of our 100 Day Business Challenge:

Ground Zero

From the moment we are engaged as your accountant and advisors, we begin tailoring a plan that addresses what needs to be done to achieve your goals. The plan will be comprehensive including matters that will extend beyond your business interests to consider your own financial best interests – your assets, liabilities, risk management and estate planning.

Day One to Day 100

We begin work implementing all aspects of your plan. You can expect regular communication to keep you informed of progress; face to face meetings for discussion and signing off completed phases; and courteous but firm follow up, holding you accountable for the tasks you have agreed to action yourself.

Day 101

We will meet with you to formally report on the achievements of the prior 100 days activity and celebrate the positive (likely dramatic) changes you’ve been seeking.
