About Sue…
Sue works with established medium sized enterprises and family owned businesses with substantial turnover. She dispenses the type of clear and practical advice and accounting expertise that heralds positive change. For Sue, making a difference, particularly when it influences business success, and in turn, her clients’ own personal prosperity, is what matters most.
A strong believer that small business plays an integral role in the fabric of Australian society, Sue is a business owner’s champion. Working closely with each of her clients to understand their needs, goals and the challenges they face in their working lives, she helps them to confront the issues that keep them awake at night through well considered and achievable strategies. Her insights are often the catalyst for change and valuable outcomes.
Since 1992, Sue has gained significant knowledge and experience working with large and small businesses across a diverse range of industries. Recognising that business owners need so much more than accounting services, Sue and business partner Craig Robinson, founded Robinson Voss in 2014. Their goal, to build truly collaborative relationships with their clients that will enable business success and personal prosperity.
Together, Sue and Craig provide the financial leadership and support to help empower business owners to achieve growth. This business growth approach is underpinned by four pillars – Business Advice, Tax Strategy, Asset Protection and Super solutions – to help clients make the transition from business ‘operator’ to business ‘owner’.
It’s obvious, Sue enjoys what she does. Known for her energetic, proactive and positive approach, she forms strong and genuine relationships with clients, her professional peers and team. Well respected for her sharp intellect, initiative and problem solving abilities, as a Director of Robinson Voss, Sue is focused on creating a work culture that is inclusive, supportive, honest and respectful, and where successes are shared and enjoyed by all involved.
Personally…
Clearly, Sue is a high achiever with equally high levels of energy and motivation. Yet she’s grounded, calm and organised in her business and personal life. A dichotomy results from Sue’s naturally adventurous spirit and her love of simple pleasures that include Bikram Yoga, gardening and reading.
Sue enjoys immense personal satisfaction from helping her clients flourish as a result of setting and achieving goals, so as you’d expect, Sue sets adventurous goals for herself too. She has trekked the Kokoda Track, Machu Picchu in Peru and recently conquered Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. These accomplishments are testament to her own determination and resilience.
When she’s not exploring some far flung place, Sue is actively involved in her local Mt Eliza community. Civic minded and generous with her time, Sue understands the importance and value of being involved in projects that contribute to the greater good. Sue is currently the Treasurer for the Rotary Club of Mount Eliza and has held previous roles as Treasurer for the Monash Peninsula Child Care and Mount Eliza Netball Club Inc.
